Default Help Deciding on a Fuel Injection System

Since cars are never “done”, the next step in the evolution is to lose the carb and go fuel injection. That is my dilemma at this point. Here is a link to the car and engine configuration.

I was originally thinking of going with the Inglese 8-stack setup with a custom sheet metal manifold from Wilson. However, I’ve finally decided to go with a Precision Metalcraft manifold similar to this.

I’ve done some reading on FAST EZ-EFI, their XFI, Accel, and others and I am at a total loss as to which direction to go. Several of you have had multiple experiences with EFI, so I’d like to get your thoughts and input as to which system I should use.
