A VERY BIG step...Congrats on your efforts to quit.. I had a few very bad addictions that are no longer in my Life..Almost 11 years now..

Oh and I am so sore right now, but Manana we walk again..Also more sit-ups ect...

By biggest hurdle is the salt content in the food I eat...That is something i am keeping an eye on too...Salt is in EVERYTHING that you wouldn't think it is in..Bread, Granola Bars, ect..
