yeah.. sodium is in everything.. cheese (bad), bread, all of it.
I started learning to watch sodium from my dad. I dont watch it much for my own intake, but whenever i cook for him i keep it in close mind. he has congestive heart failure so he is limited to a very low amount of salt a day. like 1/5 of a normal person.
