I started learning to watch sodium from my dad. I dont watch it much for my own intake, but whenever i cook for him i keep it in close mind. he has congestive heart failure so he is limited to a very low amount of salt a day. like 1/5 of a normal person.

I am amazed...My nutri grain bars are 5% sodium...Doesn't seem like much, but add a few bars and all the other bread, ect...and BOOM, 100% plus...
