A while ago I purchased the original set of 17 Forgeline ZX3 wheels Steve Rupp had on Bad Penny. I finally trial fit them on the car this week and discovered that the backspacing on the rear wheels is off by 2.5 for my car. I was going to have them re-hooped, but to get my backspacing, I would have to replace two of the three components that make up the wheels and the cost gets to be about $1,000 - as much as one new wheel. As a result, I decided to sell these wheels and have a set of 18 ZX3s made for the rear of my car.
So, who wants a pair of Forgeline ZX3s - 17 diameter by 13 wide with 6 backspacing for $1300 plus shipping (including packing)? The centers are powder coated gloss black, the shells are powder coated Gunmetal grey and I believe they have the titanium hardware option. The wheels are in great shape no curb rash or other blemishes.
For anyone who buys these wheels and wants matching front wheels, make sure you send Forgeline a picture of these wheels when ordering your new wheels theyve changed the shells. You can still get this style shell, but the picture will let them know its the old style shell. I didn't get the center caps from Steve, so no center caps with these wheels.
