I used to say the same thing about runners. Now, I crave runs.
You bring up a good point and it touches on a topic I've mentioned a few times. You have to find a work out that you can stick with for life. I don't care if it's a walk around the neighborhood, everybody needs to excercise. We are meant to be active, not couch potatoes.
I'd tend to say that an individual with a great diet and clean lifestyle will out last an individual with a poor diet/lifestyle and a good work out ethic.
I've done the work outs with decent nutrition/poor lifestyle and dedicated work outs and felt like ****. I've never had great nutrition and no work outs and never plan to either. I want both.
