Stainless line usually comes in straight lengths. It's tough to bend, if it was in a roll it'd be near impossible to get straight again.

I've always bought mine locally at the places I get my AN fittings. Inline Tubes sells it also, but not sure what shipping does; it would definitely limit the length.
