Well just looking at it, I would start with the trim. First if you want to get rid of the chrome I would buy new bumpers that are not chromed (no chipping) and I believe I've seen that you can get them smoothed already? Then either paint or powder coat them, now what color, I think if you go with the same silver it might get lost on the bumpers, but the window trim would look good as it would contrast against the blue. The bumpers and centers of the wheels would look good the same color but again I think would get lost, the wheels the same silver as the sides would not look any different other then not at blingy! Maybe some kind of titanium color for the trim and bumpers, but then your looking at three different colors and now you start to look to busy
maybe a rendering or someone can photo chop it for you to give a better idea. Or you could lose the silver altogether paint it all blue thad then do the rest in another color??? Ok so now I really confused you didn't I
