Love this project as you might expect.
Slammed gremlins always look very good:

As mentioned earlier, Gremlins and Spirits have had very good success in the IMSA RS series in the early 70's so while this build may seem odd to some, these cars have been used on road courses for a long time

The suspension modification techniques used here would work on just about any AMC, it would be very cool to see a later 'humpster' Javelin modified like this Gremlin, the large-by-huge wheels would look appropriate inside those wheel humps!

If you only need an inch of hood clearance the stock hood bulge could be raised and still look mostly stock. Just an idea.
