There's so many variables it's hard pinpoint value.
Does the seller "want to" or "have to" sell?
Does the seller have time to sell or are they desperate?
Is the seller emotionally attached or detatched?
Sellers time invested in the car.
Money invested in the car and how well was that money leveraged?
Economic and market conditions.
Overall condition of car and the parts.
Given the economy I would consider it a buyers market.
