I just traded some brake parts and had similar question. I went on their website and compared parts lists included in the instruction pdf for 2 kits. You can tell what wouLd be needed based on the part numbers being different.
Ultimately calling Wilwood tech is safest bet. I did that to confirm as well.
I'd think you need calipers and caliper brackets at minimum.
