Glad to see that you are moving forward
Unless you remove the rear seat and change your seating position, by the photos, you will not have enough foot room. I would mock up a seat, headers and your pedals before committing to that engine placement.
Not saying that it cannot be done, but you will need to relocate your seat further back.
