I've watched that race a few times and the opportunity for serious injury is higher than IMOTT due to the amount of traffic, surface conditions, and formidable vertical obstructions. The grid has 50+ bikes in the feature race. Speeds on a couple of straights is serious as they are close to tapping 6th gear on a liter bike, so 160+? assuming they're running lower gearing.
Another race that's pretty scary is the NW 200 that runs two weeks before IOMTT.
Here's my friend Jimmy Moore at IOMTT on his Yamaha liter bike, he mentioned he had no desire to go shopping at that store.
