Too true Greg. Maybe when the next "stimulus" package comes out, they will donate about 100 million to that study. The government is good at wasting and taking our money.
Call it a "conspiracy theory", but I think it done on purpose to, 1) empty the pockets of those that pay taxes and "level the playing field" to those that are in the lower/poverty class and 2) to destroy the American dollar. Just my opinion. I'm too cynical.
