A friend put on a 68 Firebird new doors, and it fit fine. The problem with aftermarket sheet metal is at times it fits fine and other times it doesn't fit at all. Now the fit was horrible with fenders, quarters, tail panel, hood, etc.
Another option is just fine a good used door.
