66-67 is tighter in the wheelwells than a 68-72, but if you get the backspacing right on you can fit 9.5" wide up front and 10" wide out back. It will take approximately 5.5-5.75" backspace up front and about 5.75-6.0" backspacing in back, but it'll be quite tight.

I put 17 x 9.5 wheels with 5.5 backspacing on the back of a friend's 66 and with 285/40 tires (26" overall height) they will barely rub the inner fender if you really flex the rear end (i.e. angled driveway entrance.) I did not roll the lips of the fenders as his car has an immaculate paint job and I didn't want to risk damaging it.

Up front I put 17 x 8 with 4.75 backspace and 255/45 tires and there are no issues. Another friend just put 17 x 9.5 x 5.5 with 275/40's on the front of his 66 and while it's close in a couple spots and he had to take the bolts out of the inner fender out near the tire it doesn't rub.
