Unfortunately a Bondurant type school is going to be out of your preferred price range I think. I did it about 10 years ago and loved it! It's a whole different level from your local HPDE type events.

If you are serious about spending time on a track, try to budget a school like that if you can. And the earlier the better in your learning curve. They can help teach you good habits to start instead of learning bad ones yourself. And it's a whole lot of fun!!!

Good luck, any path you choose will be fun as long as you're on a track.
