As Henry Ford stated regarding the Model T: Yes, you can get any color you want - as long as it's black (!).

All kidding aside, yes, we offer a showprep service that costs a $100 extra, which includes carefully deburring the casting and then very carefully painted / detailed in a highly chemically resistant basecoat / clearcoat urethane (which is then ovenbaked very thoroughly). This process is so labor intensive on our end that the $100 charge is literally a gift (which is why we do not advertise this service). Since we can paint these assist units, alternate color options are obviously available, though we do not discuss specific paint codes - only basic colors (as we do not wish to get into discussions of "hey, my assist unit doesn't quite match my firewall even though I gave you the paint code). We typically end up doing them in black anyway, so this option is more about just raising the bar visually. We recently produced a silver assist unit for a Chevelle project being built at Mickey Hale's shop, and while it sure did turn out nice, it was indeed a PITA to make it happen (as metallics are REALLY tough to deal with on intracate castings with various shapes and contours).
