For a true racing application you want to use the Dominator Racing oil pictured is 5w-20 but it also comes in 10w-30 15w-50 and SAE 60.

www.jacobehlers.com and clicking motor oil. Then click racing oil on the next page and the different viscosities will be listed. Then look at the data sheet and if you can get the information on the other oils in question you can compare them.
