BTW-what's going on with the current motor in it?

It took my buddy Pierre AKA Frenchy -- 10 years to build this car... and at the time he bought a "mild" 460 (bored 454)... well... let's just say this motor ain't what it's supposed to be. Super low compression - non performance iron heads - oil burner... and all around just not fitting of the surroundings in which it sits. So a new 496 cubic inch Brodix aluminum headed torque monster was built to take it's place.

Thank you! That's EXACTLY how I feel. I have some minor skills -- some time for helping - a dry warm spot in which to work and have some fun doing it. It's payback time.

Jeff-

Exactly -- and firing off a car like this and watching blue smoke roll -- just isn't becoming of such a stately lady.

Thanks Tracy! I don't know what materials I'm going to use... I'm leaning to real leather "just because" - but we'll have lots of discussions about this choice when the time comes.

We're showing our age. A '55 was what we drove in high school. You could buy a real nice one for $500 to $750!! We only dreamed of even SEEING a '69 Camaro! Actually -- in high school -- the HOT car was a '69 Road Runner! But tri-fives are special.
