To piggyback on what others have said, your options are very limited if your budget is $1000. Not knocking being on a budget, but for that price, your are severely limited and there's not much out there. Then when you do find something, they are are either the wrong bolt pattern or wrong offset, as you've said, or just plain ugly. Either save, try and find some used rims for sale or run adapters as member Skatinjay27 stated. Be careful running adapters though. Not sure of what size you're wanting to run, but you can get a nice set of Budniks for about $2500 in 18's I think. Also, try Billet Specialties. They have certain style 18's for about $500/each. If you have $1000, be a little more patient and save another $1500. Lastly, that wheel above is the same bolt pattern, but wrong offset. That pad is too small. You would have to run spacers.
