Personal choice I guess... but why no Coyote? I get that the LS is easy, and bulletproof, and all your friends have one, and everything built gets one... It's a super rarity to see a Ford engine in a Ford hotrod.
I was watching Barnum Jackson last night and it really seemed like if it wasn't the OE, it was an LS. It was an LS with those fugly plastic covers on it.
