I'm still enamored with your PS and Alt bracket you built. Did you do a CAD drawing of it first or just go freestlye on the bandsaw with some manilla templates. I'm publicly admitting right now I plan on copying it.

Do you have any details of the fab process on it? It's a pretty sweet piece of fabrication.
