It could be something in the tone of your email. You may want to take a nicer approach by prefixing the email with compliments about the vendor and then proceed with your questiong from that point. There are many churches that offer "life lesson" and "better yourself" type classes you may want to look into as these could be your key to getting better service in the future. Maybe they vendor doesnt like your German/Canadian heratige? That is his or her right you know. Go with Christ .
