After opening the box I was very happy with the hardware in the kit. It comes with a By-Pass filter that's changed every other full-flow filter up to 60,000 miles. Also a full-flow filter that's good for 1 year or 25,000 miles. Also you get a filter mount.
The filter adapter is a quality piece. This is what replaces the factory full-flow filter.
Then its as easy and finding a good location and making a couple hoses.
The hoses where easy to make with a vice.
Now I am putting mine on a display. For installation on vehicle/equipment you want your filter mount in a good location for easy filter changes. It comes with 12' of hose. The instructions are very good.
