You said it Seig, mistakes will always happen unfortunately. It's how those mistakes are handled that makes you truly good at what you do in anything. All vendors and any potential ones should see these types of threads as a lesson and not an opportunity to say how hard they work and the customer has no idea what they have to do in a day. Last I checked most of us work for a living which means we KNOW how much there is to do everyday to run a business. Some can do it and some can't!
