1/27 Update
Finally the weather was nice
(50's IN JANUARY?) so I took advantage and got out the 80 grit, prep sol and wiped everything down and sprayed some epoxy on the backside of the firewall and the door pillars/ hinge post.
I have been working on the details to get this ready to weld ..... I want it to be perfect before I weld. I have had that cowl off at least 50 times and I think I have it where I can start welding
I can't wait til I do the quarters ... that'll take 75 times off and on before I get to weld.
Epoxy on the passenger side, that was the holdup
Went ahead a sprayed all bare metal while I had the weather!
Finally got the parts where I want them ... welding soon
Used my new tool ... HF punch/ flange tool, pretty handy!
So that's all for now ... school started and I have homework to do ... progress will slow with homework
Thanks for looking.
