i thought about making the windows functional, but hey, why all the weight in the doors.

plus polycarbonate windows scratch more easily, so i just leave them up and fixed. this car is not meant for "boulevard-please-everyone-look-at-me-cruising" where it is important to roll down the window to flirt with the girls ...

i find another way to get fresh air in ... we will see.

the washers are really neat i know. i have a shop here they sell them. it is metric dimensions, but i guess US countersunk screws will fit too. they come stainless steel. i could send you some if you would like to have a set. i found a store here i get 50 STAINLESS STEEL countersunk M6 screws, lets say an inch long, for maybe 7 bucks

but the washers are more expensive though ...
