Josh I do agree with your statement. Dennis had the same experience I did just a different guy. But I have to say judging by some of the Pm's and emails I've gotten I don't think it's so hit or miss with this place. I've beat this horse enough I'm happy your deal went well. I'm sure it will continue for you.
