In the meantime, here is a quick update: In the quest to reaching the goal of ridding 400 lbs off Project
G5R, we are leaving no stone unturned. One of these being the oem battery which weighs in at 45 lbs. We chose a lithium battery from the Lithium Pros. This mod alone will shave 30 lbs off the car.
This battery is used mostly for racing applications. it comes with an internal computer to manage and preserve the life of the battery.
