Don't have half an hour on a traditional weld yet......

First attempt was tacking stainless 1/8" rod lengthwise to 1/16" sheet w/ gas at 13CFH......I was having trouble finding a torch angle that wouldn't over-cook the rod. When tacking the ends it worked great.

I do like the added visibility. Hopefully I'll get some time in the next couple days to practice on more traditional welds. Everyone knows I need a LOT of practice.
