The easiest way to get the carb close for you would be to pick up the book by by HP Books and written by Mike Urich called Holley Carburetor hand book. It's small, not many pages and staight to the point.
In the mean time if you want shoot me a part no. and if the parts havent been changed out I could tell you what power valves, jets, squirters, etc. are in it.
If you want to get it dialed to a t and maybe give you some peace of mind you'll need a vacuum gauge for starters and an air/fuel ratio meter. The vacuum gauge will help you with power valve selection(although it probably has 6.5 in it and doesn't need to be changed). The air/fuel meter will help you dial in jet sizes.
What distributor/ignition set up are you running? What is your timing set at and what trans and rear gears are you using? Have you checked float levels?
