Thank you for choosing VaporWorx. Let's see if I can help.

Use a Russell P/N 644120 fitting for the fuel module connection. It is a blue AN6 part. Black is available as well. It has a retaining nut instead of the older plastic clip to retain the fitting.

I suggest laying the sensor down in the recess on the top of the tank if fitment allows. That way it's up and out of the way. It would look similar to this:



Having a flexible line from the tank to the frame is very important. It allows some flexibility between parts, and in case of an accident will help somewhat to keep the fuel lines in place.

I like to use an AN6 union just outboard of the fuel line support point. This allows easier R&R of the fuel line. Just be very careful not to allow the line or hose attached to the module to twist and apply strain to the module connection. It will break if excessive strain is applied.
