I have to say I really like how they look as well. I have looked at one at a dealership and even sat in it but have not driven one.
The thing that surprised me is that the dealer that I visted in San Jose, CA was marking theirs up $10K over MSRP
...I really complained and said I could buy a BMW for that...ultimately, the sales manager appeared and said they would deal with me when I was ready. Apparently for every 40 non-SRT8s they get in they can get 1 SRT8.
So, MSRP on a well optioned Charger SRT8 is around $43K...Normally, I would not pay MSRP for a car but I would in this case I think. But $53K, I would really have to think about that.
