I bought the Woodward fab 3in1 about 3 years ago... don't remember exactly but I think it was around $500ish. It looks almost identical to the one in your pic if you had a cover over the rollers. It also looks like you are missing the handle on the left side which you will definately need for shearing or braking anything evenly that is over about 12" long. It's a great way to get started into basic metal fab work but if/when you get to the point of doing a lot of metal work or really precision stuff you will end up getting higher end tools.

I have to adjust the blades on the shear to keep everything tight but it is great to have on hand! I use it for so many things that I used to cut out by hand. Little brackets, little tabs...very very handy!
