Thanks Fesler.
I meant more on the side of drivability. I know Turbos you can have PSI turned down when cruising and it acts normal or you can boost the PSI up and HP turns on (all from inside the car). While a supercharger is on non stop as it is driven by the belt.
Wondered if anything has changed in relation to that or whether that is the problem to Supercharging. I Remember many years ago when I had my 72 Valiant Aussie Charger going to Pac Performance here in Sydney and asking them about 800HP or so. They told me if I supercharge the engine, it will be a pig on the road and totally inefficient. If I turbo it, then I can turn PSI down to have economy while cruising and if I want to give someone a run, I just turn the knob to increase PSI and HP comes on.
Many years have gone by since then so perhaps there was something new created I am unaware of that eliminates that problem.
