If your trying to fit a 12" wheel in the Chevelle listed on the bottom of your post, then it's gonna require narrowing the frame rails, plus doing the mini tubs, and axle narrowing. You might squeeze an 11" in there, but not a 12" without moving the rail inward. I've seen guys pull the quarter outward to achieve a wider wheel, but that's got to be expensive also.
$5500 is not bad for all that work.

My Chevelle is old school... It has a belt driven power steering pump.
They're 17's, but I keep em clean!
