Default Squatting like crazy. 69 Camaro dse 2" drop

So I have about 20 miles on the car.
I have the Detroit speed 2" drop springs with their shackle kit, Koni adjustable shocks.

At first I really liked the ride height.
It was about 26" to the fender from the ground all the way around.

Now. About a few weeks of it being done.
The back driver side is 25",
back passenger side is 24.5",
Front driver side is 25 3/8"
Front passenger side is 25.5"

I'm ok with the front height. I'm concerned with the back.
When I get on the car it squats pretty bad.
I have 235-60-15's ( 26" tire ) and the fender is cutting into the tire about 2-3 inches down from the top. The tires are tucking up in the wheel wells.
Is this normal. Is it normal to have one side be that much ( .5" ) off from side to side.

One thing and I didn't think it would make a difference is I have the battery in the trunk on the lower side. Again not sure if it would bring it down that much.

I was hoping for much more stiffer ride and not as much squat. Is this something I SHOUlDNT have assumed.
Do I have a bad spring.
Can I make new shackles to raise the accordingly to the height I want.
Does anything sound wrong with this.

Not sure what to think. I want to buy 15 x8 with a 5" bs and put some 275-50's on it. But I'm worried that since my 235-60-15 on a 15x8 with a 4" bs are cutting the tires from the height. It will donut to my new tires also.

I also care greatly about appearance and want it to look good all the way around. And have a 1" range bothers the hell out of me.

I just wanted to give the whole senerio

Thanks for any answers.
