Default need suggestions on sway bar size and steering

I have a 1974 Pontiac GTO and i have tubular upper and lower a arms, 1/2" lower subframe bushings and QA1 coilovers with 550# springs. Its got a pontiac 406 with a turbo with aluminum heads and i have a question about sway bars. I need to order a sway bar and steering setup for this car. My steering box just took a dump and i can get the agr 12:1 box but dont the 3rd gen f bodies have a 12:1 steering rate? What would i need for that conversion if it would even work? What about a rack? I can do all the fab work but what would i need to determine which type of rack (width and power vs non-power)? I could use the extra room on the drivers side anyway...
