Though I post a few update pics of Nathan project..
Pick up a new Hammerhead from DSS. This is a bullet proof piece as it will handle 1,400 HP.
But as you can see the casting is really rough.
So the boys went at it.
Once it was completely smooth, it was blasted.
Next it was ultrasonically clean to make sure there no left over residue.
Finaly product.
The lid got the same treatment.
The section were the bushing mount were polishing for some contrast. The piece was powder coated texture black (sorry no pics).
Waiting on ARP stubs to reassemble.
