VIN decoders aren't going to tell you a whole lot other than model line, trim level, engine type and build sequence. The fender tag provides buckets more info. One of the more consistent tag decoders I've found is here:

However, C body cars are not nearly as popular, so there may be a few unknown codes in the database. Additionally, your best source of parts is going to be Firm Feel, as very few other manufacturers out there concenr themselves with the large mopars.
