Should be able to cut it on the straight section, add a 90 degree bend and then re-weld the hose fitting back on to aim it at the passenger kick panel and out the firewall.

Jody I really appreciate your input on this matter. I was thinking about having someone to cut and reweld it to aim it to the passenger side kick panel. will give it a try an hopefully it does not leak
