Looks like a nice starting point.
Nowadays you can definitely build a car that can handle even better than most new cars plus still be extremely quick at the drag strip, especially if you do TT'd 540 obviously.
I'm getting ready to do a '55 2 door post car, and like most guys will go the aftermarket frame route.
Where are you located?
Also, have you got a budget figured out yet?
