Morrison, TCI, Heidts, Scotts, Fatman, Jim Meyer all make IFS's that can all be adapted to work after you figure out the width you want. Just depends on how much $$ ya want to throw at it.
I bought an odd ball wagon a few months ago too I'm starting on it soon. LS1, ifs, tri 4 link etc..
Wagons are cool, not sure about the F150 looking rims though.
