Ok so in all my poking around, I finally found a source to help make heads or tails of the GM 56 series connectors and terminals, especially the terminals.

Here's the place I found. They have good prices and lower quantities. More importantly to me are the pictures.

The Delphi website is good as well except when it comes to the terminals. Their descriptions are terrible IMO. You'll find multiple part numbers with the same description and picture. I have no idea why and if the info is there, it isn't easy to find. Even looking through the technical drawings of the terminals couldn't tell me what I needed. I found the above website better for listing the terminals. As Carl mentioned though, the Delphi site is very resourceful.
