It's actually pretty flat at the Cul d Sac.... and should be very little, if any, grade to the shop.... The trailer is fairly light -- and normally might only have two cars in it.

Of course -- I know NOTHING about lift trucks... but my brother in law and sister have worked for Hyster (now Pape) lift trucks for over 30 years -- so I have to lean on them to see what I can get to do something like that. OBVIOUSLY I'll work to NOT have to do that. I'd far prefer to just make the Cul d Sac the radius it needs to be.... and since SV Corp owns the lots -- none of the others have sold yet.... perhaps they'll allow me to do what needs to be done in the way of "improvements".
