Man Greg I love the new area!!! Nice idea on putting the shop under the house, when my dad built his back in the late 70's he did the same thing, not size but half the lower house was all shop.

We are going to build our next house, my wife's grandparents have 3 acres two blocks from us. The house is over 200 years old up on a hill, that's where we plan to build and stay. Oh and her parents have their house right next door
but their nice so it's good.
Oh we will need a build thread on the new house!!!
