You are right... I did a search for the entries at the 2013 PIR Historic races and here is the listing for the car:
"Kunicki Dave Surrey BC Canada 1968 Chevrolet Camaro 5000cc 67 Red"
Like Skip showed in the pics, 67 round parking lights, 68 rectangular shaped parking lights.
