I don't care much for the engine, but then I don't much like make to make interbreeding like this regardless of the project.
I am a bit surprised at cutting up a V code car. Not from the purity stand point necessarily because this just increased the value of the remaining cars, but from a financial standpoint it doesn't make much sense to me. Even if it was sold at a fire sale price of $60k, which would have moved this thing in days, you could buy a Dynacorn body for $13k and have $47k for the rest of the build. Heck for that matter, you can buy complete, equivilent 72-74 E bodies for $8k and save even more and get all the detailed doo-dads for a build. The front end treatment would be no big deal either since it looks like it was all replaced with fiberglass anyway.
Since its not my car, it guess it doesn't really matter much what I think though.
