Brake vs wheel fitment is hard to say for sure if you haven't done the exact setup you're asking about. LS brakes? LS is an engine designation, so I'm not sure what brakes you're speaking of. I do know the standard 13" rotor with a late model Vette caliper (non-Z06) fit without spacers on 17" and 18" wheels on my last car. These calipers are like the standard Baer brake stuff many run.

Wheels also have many differences on the back side, but in general I'd think most 18" and larger diameter wheels would clear the later model Vette (non Z06) and F body brakes, but the only way to know for sure is to test fit them or check with the wheel manufacturer to see if they have specific info on your combo.
